From the figure above, one can note that a hexagonal prism as hexagon shaped top and bottom with 6 six rectangles as sides.

Hence lateral surface area can be calculated by finding the area of the six rectangles.

Given length of rectangle as the height of the prism = 10 m
Also breadth of the rectangle is the edge of the hexagonal base = 4 m.
