The main formula of a line is;
`y=mx+n`

We should use one point to find the real equation. If we use (10,-9) point;
`y= mx+n => -9=10m+n`;
a is the slope of the equation, we found that as `-2`;
`-9=(10*-2) + n => -9=-20 +n => n=11`;
So the equation of the line will be;
`y=mx+n => ul (y= -2x+11)`
