then
#d<-3#

You could plot this on a number line by indicating all points to the left of #(-3)# are in the solution set (be careful to indicate #(-3)# is not part of the solution.

If (for some reason) you wanted to "plot" this on the Cartesian plane, you could set your possible #d# values along the vertical axis (normally the y-axis); draw a horizontal line at #y=-3# and shade everything below that line as the solution set.
