Use either a TI-84 type graphing calculator or use Desmos, which is an online graphing calculator.

Explanation:

If you're using a Ti-84 calculator, hit the "Y=" button in the top left corner. Plug in the equation as #((2/3)x^2)-((1/6)x)-(3/4)#. Then hit the "GRAPH" button in the top right corner. You should get your graph. On Desmos, jut plug in the equation as is.
