The answer is #70/3# when everything is done.

One method that would probably work out well for you is to convert the numbers into impartial fractions. #6=18/3# and #3=18/6#.

You would then add these numbers to your fractions to get improper fractions:
#(18/3+2/3)*(18/6+3/6)#

Simplify them into #20/3*21/6# and multiply as usual to get #420/18#, or #70/3#.
