It is easier to simplify the expression first.

Expression #= (7p)/(3q^2)* q/(21p)#

Step 1 - notice that #7/21 =1/3 -># Expression #=p/(3q^2)*q/(3p)#

Step 2 - notice that the #p#'s cancel #-> #Expression #= 1/(3q^2)*q/3#

Step 3 - notice that the #q# in the numerator cancels one of the #q#'s in the denominator #-># Expression #= 1/(3q)*1/3#

Finally multiply.

Expression #=1/(9q)#
