Possibility a: `h=f(b)`
(step 1) `b`'s to the right
`0.75h+1.25b=30->0.75h=-1.25b+30`

(step 2) divide everything by 0.75

`h=-1.25/0.75 b+30/0.75=-1 2/3 b+40`

Possibility b: `b=f(h)`
(step 1) `h`'s to the right
`0.75h+1.25b=30->1.25b=-0.75h+30`

(step 2) divide everything by 1.25

`b=-0.75/1.25 h+30/1.25= -3/5h+24`
