I think the question should all have 1 variable, like #(15r)/(6r^2-15r)#

If that’s the case the answer is #5/(2r-5)#

Explanation:

The bottom of the fraction can be factored in the following way

#6r^2-15r=3r(2r-5)#

And the top of the fraction can be rewritten as the following

#15r=3r(5)#

So we have

#(3r(5))/(3r(2r-5))#

Then the #3r# divides away on the top and bottom

#(cancel(3r)(5))/(cancel(3r)(2r-5))#

Leaving us with #5/(2r-5)#
