Find the reciprocal of the second fraction (flip it)

(my teacher has this saying like "when dividing, don't be shy, flip the second and multiply")

so:

#4/6 * 8/2#

then multiply the numerators, and then multiply the denominators

=#(4*8)/(6*2)#

=#32/12# (both top and bottom divisible by 4)

=#8/3#
