`( -7 pm sqrt 13 ) / 6`

Explanation:

The first thing we can do is work out `sqrt( 7^2 - (4*3*3) )`

`7^2 - (4*3*3) = 49 - 36 = 13`

So `= sqrt(13)`

As 13 is prime, we can simplify this no further

So hence `( -7 pm sqrt 13 ) / 6`

Nothing from this can be cancelled etc... its in its most simple form
