# ( -7 pm sqrt 13 ) / 6 #

Explanation:

The first thing we can do is work out #sqrt( 7^2 - (4*3*3) ) #

#7^2 - (4*3*3) = 49 - 36 = 13 #

So # = sqrt(13)#

As 13 is prime, we can simplify this no further

So hence # ( -7 pm sqrt 13 ) / 6 #

Nothing from this can be cancelled etc... its in its most simple form
