You can write it using a single square root:
$2 \sqrt{14 q \cdot 4 q} = 2 \sqrt{14 {q}^{2} 4} =$
You can take out from the square: $4$ and ${q}^{2}$ as:
$= 2 \cdot 2 \cdot q \sqrt{14} = 4 q \sqrt{14}$
