If by simplify, you mean, condense into a single term, the answer is: #(5sqrt(3))/3#

#sqrt(1/3)# can be expressed as #sqrt(1)/sqrt(3) = 1/sqrt(3) = sqrt(3)/3#

We can add the terms together by rewriting both terms with the same denominator:

#(3sqrt(3))/3 + (2sqrt(3))/3 = (5sqrt(3))/3#
