Here's how I did it:

First, let's split this multiplication process up:

#sqrt7 * 2sqrt7 = 2 * 7 = 14#

#sqrt7 * -3sqrt2 = -3sqrt14#

#sqrt2 * 2sqrt7 = 2sqrt14#

#sqrt2 * -3sqrt2 = -3 * 4 = -12#

Now when we combine this all together we get:
#14 - 3sqrt14 + 2sqrt14 - 12#

We can still simplify this to:
