  1. Simplify the fractions -> (x^(2/3)*x^(2/3))^(-3)

  2. Multiplying with same bases, add exponents -> (x^(4/3))^(-3)

  3. Power to a power, multiply exponents -> x^(-4)

Finally, x^(-4) = 1/x^4
