#=> -13 -3 = - sqrt(4+7m)#

#=> -16 = -sqrt(4+7m)#

#=> 16 = (4+7m)^(1/2)#

Square both sides:

#=> 16^2 = 4+7m#

#=> 256 = 4 + 7m#

#=> 7m = 256-4= 252#
