#180 - x = 10 + 2(90-x)#

expand brackets:

#2(90-x) = 180 - 2x#

this gives

#180 - x = 10 + 180 - 2x#

then you can add #10# and #180#:

#180 - x = 190 - 2x#

add #x:#

#180 = 190 - x#

subtract #190:#

#-10 = -x#

and multiply by #-1:#

#10 = x#

this is the same as #x = 10#.
