Follow order of operations or BEMDAS (brackets, exponenets,multiplication,division,addition and subbtraction).

First solve the bracket:

#3(2z-5)=2z+13#
#6z-15=2z+13#

Now simplify and collect the different terms.

#4z-15=13#
#4z=28#

Now divide both sides by four and you have your answer.

#(4z)/4=28/4#
