This is the same as #b xx 1/0.6=18#

Multiply both sides by #color(red)(0.6)#

#color(green)(bxx1/0.6color(red)(xx0.6)" "=" "18color(red)(xx0.6)#

#bxx0.6/0.6" "=" "18xx0.6#

But #0.6/0.6# is the same as the value 1 giving:
