Get all variables on one side and the other values on the other side of the equal sign.

#1/5x -4x = -5/2 -5/3#

Then eliminate the denominator by multiplying by least common multiple:

#30 * (1/5x -4x = -5/2 -5/3)#

Then you will have whole numbers:

#6x - 120x = -75 - 50#

Simplify:

#-114x = -125#

Solve:

#x= 125/114# or #1.0965#
