`x=(3+3y)/8`

`7x-2y=-67` (equa.2)
putting the value of 'x' in equation 2
`7*(3+3y)/8 -2y=-67`
`(21+21y)/8 -2y=-67`
`21+21y-16y=-67*8`
`21+5y=-536`
`5y=557`
`y=557/5`
now put the value of y in the equation 1 for getting the value of x.
