Answer: $y = - 2 \left(x - 3\right)$

The general form is:
$y - {y}_{0} = m \left(x - {x}_{0}\right)$
where $m$ is the gradient and $\left({x}_{0} , {y}_{0}\right)$ is the point through which the line passes

so you do $y - 0 = - 2 \left(x - 3\right)$
