12x+12y+7 = 0

We know equation of a line = #[(y-y_1)/(x-x_1)]=[(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)]#

here #x_1,y_1 = 5/12, -1 and x_2,y_2= -3/4, 1/6#

hence, #[{y-(-1)}/(x-5/12)] = [{1/6-(-1)}/(-3/4-5/12)]#
