Heart attack (medical term : myocardial inferction) is a disease of the heart. When any one of the arteries that supply the heart is blocked heart attack occurs.

Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the tissue. As a result of the block, part of the heart muscle dies due to lack of oxygen. And symptoms like chest pain appears. This situation is called a heart attack.

Stroke is related to nervous system. When a part of the brain loses its blood supply the neuron dies due to lack of oxygen. This occurs due to any block in the arteries that supply the brain. The most common symptom of the stroke is paralysis of any one side of the whole body.
