Condensation occurs when gaseous particles cool down and exist in a liquid state.

Explanation:

When a boiling point is reached, liquid particles change state to become gaseous particles. This process is called evaporation.

When the temperature of said particles lowers however, the particles change state again - this time from a gaseous state to a liquid state. This process is called condensation.
