Density is related to temperature. Colder air is denser than warm air. The combined gas law shows use that as temperature goes up then then pressure also goes up. This is demonstrated with a pressure cooker. Therefore, if cold air has higher density, and cold air has lower pressure then pressure is inversely proportional to density.
