How does the electromagnetic spectrum affect photosynthesis?
480-680 nm wavelegth is the key**
Chlorophyll A works best at the " VIB " wavelength region of VIBGYOR
Chlorophyll B works best at the " OR " wavelength region of VIBGYOR
Higher the frequency of the electromagnetic spectrum band, lower is it's wavelength ( Red, orange falls in the 480nm and upwards region and Violet, Indigo, Blue fall in the 680nm and downwards region
This is how electromagnetic spectrum affects photosynthesis rate; the rate being maximum at both ends of the electromagnetic spectrum
