Difficult to come up with a number as there was both the air war and the ground campaign.

Explanation:

British and Commonwealth Countries and American bomber crews had missions over Berlin and quite a number were killed. The German civilians and military were killed in the bombing and fires afterward.

The Russian campaign to capture the city was extensive operation the included casualties in the fighting for the approaches to the cities as well as the city itself.

Wikipedia has German deaths at 22,000 military and 20,000 Civilian inside the city itself in the ground Battle. Air war German deaths estimates are from 20,000 to 50,000. Many people left the city later in the war to escape the raids. The City was heavily damaged.

The City had extensive Anti Air defenses and was fairly remote from the allied airfields so it escaped somewhat.
