How did I know this? Well, I looked at the Periodic Table, and saw that for #He#, #Z=2#. If #Z=2#, this means that there are 2 positive charges, 2 protons, in the helium nucleus, and for electrical neutrality there must be 2 negative charges, 2 electrons, also associated with the atom.
