Carbon atom is about $\text{12.011 g/mol}$.

but if you look on any modern periodic table (googling it takes less than 1 minute), you should see molar masses like the following:

Hydrogen atom is about $\text{1.0079 g/mol}$.
Chlorine atom is about $\text{35.453 g/mol}$.
Sodium atom is about $\text{22.989 g/mol}$.
Oxygen atom is about $\text{15.999 g/mol}$.

and so on. Keep a periodic table handy!
