The answer is $39.2 L$.

The gas laws tell us that all ideal gasses behave identically under the same conditions. At STP, the molar volume of any ideal gas is equal to ${V}_{m o l a r} = 22.4 L$, which means that $1$ mole of any gas at STP will occupy exactly $22.4 L$.

Therefore we can determine the volume occupied by any number of moles of any ideal gas at STP by using

$n = \frac{V}{V} _ \left(m o l a r\right)$, which results in $V = n \cdot {V}_{m o l a r} = 1.75 m o l e s \cdot \frac{22.4 L}{1 m o l e} = 39.2 L$
