Six.

Explanation:

The first mission landing on the Moon was the Apollo 11 and the last one was Apollo 17 but the Apollo 13 had a major problem and wasn't able to land on the Moon.
So in total we had 6 missions on the moon with men, for a total of 12 people (2 for each crew) walking on the surface.
