Explanation:

It is just multiplying the odds for each day if one looks at the days from Monday till Sunday :
Monday : 0.35
Tuesday : 0.35
Wednesday : 0.35
Thursday : 1 - 0.35 = 0.65
Friday : 1 - 0.35 = 0.65
Saturday : 1 - 0.35 = 0.65
Sunday : 1 - 0.35 = 0.65
