1) converting to degree : (Multiply by $\frac{180}{\pi}$ )
$=$ 2.5 x $\frac{180}{\pi}$ $=$ ${143.31}^{o}$

2) converting to minutes :(0.31 X 60)
$=$ 0.31 x 60 = 18.6'

3) converting into seconds : (0.6 X 60)
$=$ 0.6x 60 = 36"

So , 2.5 radians $=$ ${143}^{o}$ 18'36"
