So in the equation put `y=10,x=8`

`10=alog_2 8+b`

`10=a*3+b " " (log_2 8= 3)`

Now put `y=14,x=32`

`14=a log_2 32+b`

`14=a*5+b` `log_2 32=5`

`14=3*a+b+2*a`

`14=10+2*a`

`4=2*a`

`2=a`

`10=3*2+b`

`10-6=b`

`b=4`

Answers `a=2, b=4`
