Let the height of the be #h# shown by dotted line.

Now from figure we can write
#2x+6=12#

#=>x=3# cm

Now by Pythagoras theorem

#h^2=(6sqrt3)^2-(6+3)^2=108-81=27#

If length of each equal side of the trapezium be #y# cm.

Then #y^2=h^2+3^2=27+9=6^2#

#=>y=6#cm

Hence perimeter of the given figure will be

#=6+6+6+12=30# cm
