Explanation:

Because we are just looking at students that dislike watching TV, we can ignore everyone else for the purposes of this problem.

`30` students dislike watching TV, `10` of those like reading and `20` do not.

We can set these up as fractions:

`(10 " like reading")/(30 " total") = 1/3`

`(20 " do not like reading")/(30 " total") = 2/3`

So, if you have a student that does not like watching TV, there is a `2/3` chance that that student will not like reading either.
