Pulmonary artery (trunk)

Explanation:

Human heart has four chambers. Upper two chambers are called atria or auricles while lower two are called ventricles.

Right atrium receives deoxygenated blood from body and pumps the blood to right ventricle. Right ventricle pumps the blood to the lungs but actually here blood passes through vessels called pulmonary arteries. In lungs blood receives oxygen and leads to the left atrium through pulmonary veins.
