# If a reaction is endothermic what happens to enthalpy, entropy, and gibbs energy?

Nov 26, 2015

$\Delta H > 0$
DeltaS?
DeltaG?
For endothermic reactions, the only information we have is that the change on the enthalpy is positive: $\Delta H > 0$
The signs of entropy $\Delta S$ and free energy $\Delta G$ cannot be predicted, since it depends on the type of the reaction and the temperature at which this reaction is happening.
