If diameter of Earth changed to 120,536 km, would its distance from the Sun, axial tilt, and rotation rate change?
This question is almost impossible to answer.
First of all, you are suggesting the earth increases its mass by a factor of 10. How does that happen? The answer to that question is critical because it impacts Newton's first law of motion with regard to its orbit and rotation, the proverbial outside force. It would likely also impact the earth's distance from the sun either pushing it closer or further away.
There are far too many variables involved here to give any sort of reasonable answer.
