(amount of flour):(amount of margarine):(amount of sugar)
$= 6 : 4 : 3$
or equivalently
$= 6 k : 4 k : 3 k$

We are told that
$4 k = 240$ gm

Therefore the amount of flour needed ($6 k$)
$= 360$ gm
and the amount of sugar needed ($3 k$)
$= 180$ gm.
