That depends on the range of numbers that you are choosing from. The probability that two numbers picked out of a defined set will be equal is 1÷the amount of numbers in the set.

Explanation:

If you were choosing from the whole numbers from 10 through 19 (10 numbers), then the probability of getting the same one twice is 1/10 (10%). The second number can be any of the 10 numbers available, but only 1 of those will be equal to the first number. 1 out of 10 numbers are equal to the first, so the probability that they would be the same is 1/10, or 10%.

If you were choosing any two numbers at all, the chance they would be the same is infinitely small, because there is an infinite amount of numbers to choose from.
