Then the three integers will be $n , n + 1 , n + 2$
And their sum will be:
$n + \left(n + 1\right) + \left(n + 2\right) = 3 n + 3 = 162 \to$ subtract 3
$3 n = 159 \to n = 159 / 3 = 53$
So the numbers are $53 , 54 , 55$

Extra :
You could also have divided $162 / 3 = 54$ which would have given you the middle number -- this only works if the number of numbers is odd.
