Then the three integers will be `n,n+1,n+2`
And their sum will be:
`n+(n+1)+(n+2)=3n+3=162->` subtract 3
`3n=159->n=159//3=53`
So the numbers are `53,54,55`

Extra :
You could also have divided `162//3=54` which would have given you the middle number -- this only works if the number of numbers is odd.
