The limiting reactant would be your #FeCl_3#.

This is because you need 4 of mol #FeCl_3# to produce 2 mol of #Fe_2O_3# while only 3 mol of #O_2# as the reaction proceed. So, you will exhaust first your #FeCl_3# supply, therefore making it your limiting reactant.
