lol this is a tough problem. I was able to start on it but can't finish it. here is what I have so far hope it helps.

Explanation:

look at the last locus. the baby has 19,23----> it means it got 19 from one set of grandparent and the 23 from another set of grandparent. only E has 23 so you know E is one of the grandparent. It can't get 19 from E because the other marker has to be from the other set of grandparent. so it means B is another grandparent.
