Leaves are the organs in a plant adapted to capture sunlight.

Explanation:

Sunlight can be captured by all the organs which contain green cells having pigment chlorophyll, such as leaves and green stem.

However, leaves are most suitable to capture most of the sunlight as these are adapted to entrap maximum sunlight . In most of the plants, leaves are broad. The large surface area, the arrangement and orientation of leaves and their internal structure are adapted to capture maximum sunlight. Palisade tissue containing chlorophyll pigment are compactly arranged towards the dorsal side of the leaf, which is exposed to sunlight.

Thus it is clear that leaves are the organ of plant adapted to capture sunlight.
