In which case we should use I=I_0sinomegat and I_(rms)=I_0/sqrt2 and what is the difference between this two Current for two different equation? Two equations are related to alternating current.

I_(rms) gives the root-mean-squared value for the current, which is the current needed for AC to be equivalent to DC. I_0 represents the peak current from AC, and I_0 is the AC equivalent of the DC current.

I in I=I_0sinomegat gives you the current at a particular point in time for an AC supply, I_0 is the peak voltage and omega is the radial frequency (omega=2pif=(2pi)/T)
