Ionic equation between copper carbonate and sulphuric acid question is that whether copper carbonate dissociates into its ions or not.According to me,it does not but in some papers I have seen that it dissociated into CO^-2 3.Explain?

You are correct.

Explanation:

Copper(II) carbonate is a green, insoluble solid so its ions do not dissociate.

#sf(CuCO_(3(s))+H_2SO_(4(aq))rarrCuSO_(4(aq))+CO_(2(g))+H_2O_((l)))#

After the reaction you have copper(II) and sulfate ions dissociated in a blue solution.
