Is human anatomy and physiology considered a "lab science" at most colleges?

Where I go, most introductory anatomy and physiology classes are classroom only.
However, as you go up (4xxx, 5xxx) you are in the lab. For instance, some anatomy classes have exams based on identifying anatomy on a cadaver.
