If you are talking about the population growth in the human race, yes, the rate is still increasing.

Due to recent and continuing improvements in our technology, doctors are able to treat more ailments. Public health has also improved exponentially over the past hundred year, causing less disease and sickness. With these advancements, humans are living up to thirty years older, and with not as many people dying as there are being born, the population is dramatically increasing, and has yet to peak.

A study showed around ever 12 seconds someone dies, but every 8 seconds someone is born. Even though this rate may not seem like a lot, this means 10800 people on average are born each day, with only 7200 people dying. This means the population increases by 3600 people each day .
