If by integral you mean indefinite integral then there is no difference.

By definition, the primitive function #F(x)# is the indefinite integral of a function #f(x)# that includes a constant #C#. This means if you take the derivative of this primitive function you should end up with the original function:

#F(x)=intf(x)+C#
